NOTICE
FedEx advised the LMVPOA that their trucks and drivers will not be coming into any part of Laurel Mountain Village and risk damage to their vehicles and
injuries to their drivers for deliveries at this time of year. FedEx will message people that they can pick up their items at the official drop off at
Dollar General in Jennerstown or Ligonier. Be advised, now is not the time of year to order furniture, tires or other bulky items as the Dollar General
stores do not have space to hold oversized packages. This advisory pertains to only FedEx , but one can possibly assume that this might apply to other
delivery services. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery services other than FedEx will deliver in the Village and if not, have an appropriate
drop-off place for you to receive your package(s).
IMPORTANT
Please be advised the building that had been a clubhouse was sold and is being converted by a husband and wife to their private residence. The property
is 5 acres and includes the land around the building down Highland Road to Golf View Road and north through the wooded area along Alpine Road. The owners
have posted No Trespassing signs at various locations. They do not want ATVs, snowmobiles or individuals accessing their private property either by
existing trails or otherwise, and violators may be subject to legal action.
